Effective Customer Service Training

Recently (April 15th - 18th 2019) the hospital staff participated in Effective Customer Service training facilitated by trainers from Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS).  The training focused on equipping staff with skill to manage customers (internal and external) and to create and retain customers. We look forward to making a difference through implementing what was learned and being the institution of choice in our region in line with our vision
