Financial literacy and budgeting training by Equity Bank

Staff training and development programs are key priority in our Human Resource calendar, to provide updates on existing skills, and to educate the staff about new skills. This is aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency at work.

As part of career growth, trainings and CMEs have helped our employees to be all-rounded and more skilled to perform their work. These have also enhanced employee confidence.

The hospital has recently partnered with equity bank to train the staff on topics related to financial literacy. These trainings will be carried out on a quarterly basis.
