Our Lady of Lourdes Mutomo Hospital Staff, with the support of equity bank staff, repeated their commitment to nurturing and saving the environment during the current raining season. The Bank sullied 400 threes (seedling) and the staff including the board of management, came on Nov 19th and again on Nov 24th assisted by hospital staff, students of “Wings to fly” and 8 youth from Syunguni Secondary School who had just completed their end of Level 2 education. The hospital management appreciates and applaud this on-going effort by the local community to make “mutomo green” and protect the environment. The seedlings were procured from local women’s groups who had prepared their nurseries in anticipation of the rains and generate income  from the sale of their seedlings.
