Board of Management

The Board recognizes that good institutional governance and management are essential to achieving efficiency and sustainability of health care services and ensures that the hospital’s decision power and core business are managed with integrity, transparency, and accountability.It is responsible for establishing goals and policies of the hospital, developing plans and implementing them, and evaluating the hospital’s overall performance.The Board meets four times in a year.
